Lifesize Cloud Servers in Sao Paulo & Chennai Sep 1, 20:00 - Sep 2, 02:00 CDT
Lifesize is adding two new servers to the Lifesize Cloud service in Sao Paulo and Chennai on September 1, 2016.  

The Sao Paulo IP address is: 169.57.160.228
The Chennai IP address is: 169.38.84.49

If your company has implemented firewall rules that are specific to the IP addresses used in Lifesize Cloud, you must update your rules to include the new address. Otherwise, you will see no impact and can continue to enjoy the cloud service.

All active Lifesize Cloud IP addresses are listed in the admin console (manage.lifesizecloud.com) under Advanced Settings > Network.

Be sure to make any necessary changes to your environment before we enable the new server on September 1, 2016 to ensure uninterrupted service.

Monitoring - At 10.13 AM (CST) two of our US call management nodes had a problem that resulted in dropped calls and dropped client registrations. The other 12 nodes were unaffected. All nodes are now fully functional to provide uninterrupted service. We’re happy to let you know that all issues with the call service have been resolved and we’re monitoring the service.
