7:47 am (CDT) A back-end management server experienced an issue that resulted in account management disruption. The disruption was caused by service provider maintenance and service was fully restored at 7:51 am (CDT).

8:17 am (CDT) Our management console experienced an issue that resulted in account management disruption. The disruption was caused by service provider maintenance and service was fully restored at 8:23 am (CDT).

We've taken additional steps to prevent further disruptions.
