Resolved - At 11.05 AM (CST) one of our call management nodes in San Jose encountered a network issue that resulted in dropped calls. Other nodes were unaffected. Any affected callers should have been able to rejoin their calls in progress.

Resolved - Incidents - At 4:00 AM CDT call management node in Milan and London encountered an issue to let user to register to Lifesize Cloud. Other nodes were unaffected. Our internal team has resolved the issue and now login should be successful. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Investigating - Incidents - At 18:20 PM (CDT) a call management node in Paris encountered an issue that possibly resulted in few dropped calls. Other nodes were unaffected. Any affected callers should have been able to rejoin their calls with all other available nodes in region. We are continue to investigate and trying to bring this particular node up.
