Lifesize is releasing a few updates that will require customers with firewall rules in place to make changes to their settings.
Please allow UDP traffic originating from users' computers to the destination port 3478 to support the direct media release for point-to-point calls. If your firewall configuration requires static IP addresses, a list of servers you will need to whitelist can be found here (https://www.lifesize.com/en/app-help/admin/getting-started/ip-address-list#direct-media).

Whitelist *.lifesize.com to support changes to the Lifesize domains used for the web app, downloads page, and call page for meeting invites.

If your company has firewall restrictions, please update your rules to prevent interrupted service to Lifesize. Read the community (https://community.lifesize.com/docs/DOC-4133) post for more information and to verify your settings.
