Incident Report for Lifesize Cloud

Over the weekend we completed maintenance on various components of our cloud service. This maintenance was required to implement a more robust mechanism for our client connections. Unfortunately, due to this maintenance, some accounts may be receiving a message stating “Account Disabled,” resulting in a loss of Cloud connectivity. This can be rectified by rebooting the icons to restore connectivity with our cloud services.

We apologize for any inconveniences that this may have caused.
