Lifesize will be performing necessary maintenance on various components of the cloud service. During the maintenance customers may experience connectivity issues while trying to use the service. We expect these connectivity issues to only last a few minutes, but are allowing for a longer maintenance window in case we encounter issues. This maintenance is required to implement a more robust mechanism for client connections so that in the future we can perform this type of maintenance with no customer impact.
