Incident Report for Lifesize Cloud
At 12.12 PM (CST) one of our US call management nodes had a problem that resulted in dropped calls. Other nodes were unaffected. Although one of our call management nodes may have dropped calls, other backup nodes were there for you to call back in to your meeting, and all nodes are now fully functional to provide uninterrupted service. Services were automatically restored.
