As previously notified to Freemium Account Users, Lifesize Freemium offer is discontinued from 15 OCT 2021.

Impact:
1. Point-to-Point or Person-to-Person call from PAID user to FREEMIUM user will have the "Please Use a Paid Account" message pop-up and the call will be limited to 1-minute. FREEMIUM user should be migrated to their existing company's PAID account licenses, if you do not have a PAID account, please upgrade to PAID account.
2. PAID user joins a meeting hosted/scheduled by a FREEMIUM user will have the "Please Use a Paid Account" message pop-up and the call will be limited to 1-minute. Hosting and Scheduling should always be done by a PAID user.
3. PAID user joins escalated call (PAID user calling FREEMIUM user and PAID user dials to a second or additional FREEMIUM user). The "Please Use a Paid Account" message will pop-up and the call will be limited to 1-minute. FREEMIUM user should be migrated to their existing company's PAID account licenses, if you do not have a PAID account, please upgrade to PAID account.
